Orthology Analysis

 

In addition to Trichoderma guizhouense NJAU 4742, the five trichoderma proteome sequences including T. harzianum, T. virens, T. atroviride, T. reesei and T. gamsii were used in orthology analysis. Total of 11,936 orthology groups were found and list in the following table. The protein sequences from one-to-one orthologue groups were used to perform phylogenetic analysis. The phylogenetic tree was shown right.

  You can obtain the protein sequences of some orthology groups by clicking on the corresponding orthology group IDs. You also can reorder the orthology groups according to the gene number of some species by clicking on the corresponding title of the table.
