The Home page includes 3 sections. The 1st section is the navigation menu through which users can open the "Help" and "FAQ" pages. The 2nd section is the introduction of Platform. The 3rd section is the species entrances. Clicking on a species picture will lead users to retrieve gene expression of this species.

For each species, there are 8 accesses. In the "Search" page, users can search genes by IDs and various functional terms. In the "Blast" page, genes can be searched by sequence similarity. In the "Comparison"/"Specificity" page, it allows users to perform differential/special expression analysis. In the "Coexpression" page, its allows users to perform coexpression analysis for discovery of related genes. In the "Cross-species" page, users can explore the conservation of gene expression profiles. In the "Summary" page, users can obtain statistic data and download all data of this species.
